PetQR provides QR-code-enabled pet identification tags and related digital services that allow finders to contact pet owners through secure email notifications and optional SMS alerts.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date pet and contact information
• Use PetQR services only for lawful and intended purposes
• Maintain the security of your account and tag information

Communications

By registering a PetQR tag and opting in, you agree to receive informational email messages related to tag scans, pet profile updates, and recovery alerts.

SMS alerts may be enabled once carrier registration is approved. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

No Guarantee of Recovery

PetQR does not guarantee the recovery of lost pets. Successful notification depends on third-party services, device availability, and finder participation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetQR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes to These Terms
